Vendetta Archery has put in place a Contingency money program for 2013 for any Enforcer shooters or Grudge shooters. Please see Rules and shoots that qualify for this program. You can find all this information under the Contingency Money Shoot Schedule.
It is our Mission at Vendetta
Archery to produce top notch products and outgoing customer service to
each and every one of our customers. We have several things we will be
doing in order to achieve our Mission goal to its fullest potential.
Adding Serial Numbers to each Stabilizer
believe that keeping a detailed record of each stabilizer that is
built will help the company if any issues may come up. We will be able
to determine the problem by looking at all the parts and products (glue,
carbon fiber, alum batch, screw batch) that were used in that in
building that stabilizer that may have issues. If any changes are made
we will have record when the changes were made and to what stabilizers
have the changes. Each stabilizer is will marked with a unique serial
number for our records.
Better Records = Better Product
Quick Turn Around Time
Our goal is to have the product shipped out to you within 2-3 days ofter you place your order. To keep the cost down for shipping we do not use UPS or FedEx. If we have any delays you will get a phone call or email to inform you on what that delay is and when you can expect your product.
As formal business owners we know that Customer Service can make or break a business, we have and always will strive to have the best customer service out there. Through the years many of our customers have become very good friends of ours.
No stabilizer will leave our shop until it is 100% fully inspected by Jason.
